ZNZ One and ZNZ Big Cash| A real no investment home based business

This ZNZ ONE ZipNadaZilch review will give you all the information you need to know about the ZNZ One income opportunity. Everyday tons and tons of Free programs are popping on the internet with astronimical claims and half-truths. I have been online marketing for quite a few years and I’ve yet to find too many “Free” programs that truly deliver on their promise of being “no-cost” but allow you to make money. Because of that fact I’ve shunned every free program that’s come across my desk. Honestly, if Zip Nada Zilch had not have been introduced to me by a great friend and someone I respect I have no doubt it would have ended up in my trash folder with a quick stroke of the delete button.

Zip Nada Zilch is providing an opportunity that many programs before it have overlooked and simply disregarded when it comes to making money in a home opportunity. They are providing a way for you to improve your financial situation without any risk at all. The overarching question is “can you really make money with a free program like ZNZ and what makes it different from all the others?”

Can Zip Nada Zilch Really Make You Money With No Investment?

I have to admit that the idea of making money without having to invest anything seems pretty unbelievable. The concept of making money from thin air is foreign to many people, even seasoned network marketers. ZNZ is opening the door to a realm of income generation that is unknown to the vast majority of people. This secret realm of income generation is known as CPA marketing. No, not Certified Public Accountant, although you might need one to help you keep track of all the money you’ll make in ZNZ. (ok, I apologize for that, I know it was corny but I just couldn’t resist throwing it in even though it was lame) CPA marketing is cost-per-action or sometimes referred to as cost-per-customer or cost-per-sale marketing. This is where large companies will pay you to generate leads, customers and sales for them through your own advertising efforts. The reason that you may have probably never heard of this type of marketing is because it is a well-kept secret within the CPA circle

Why ZNZ Is Different

Well, I have to say Zip Nada Zilch (ZNZ) is the only FREE program I have ever seen that actually works. Here’s why… ZipNadaZilch (ZNZ), is not a business opportunity.  Business opportunities require you to invest money upfront to allow you to have access to the opportunity to be compensated from their product or service.  There is no money to invest into ZNZ One because there is nothing to sell.  Moreover, ZNZ does not try to lure you in with a “free to join” pitch to only hit you later with a cost in order to actually earn money with the opportunity, I’m sure you’ve seen many of those types of “opportunities.” ZipNadaZilch, a psuedo CPA network, through a few programs called ZNZOne & ZNZBigCash have opened that form of marketing to the masses. ZNZ has made it possible for the everyday average person to get into CPC marketing and earn money as CPC marketers. Not just anyone can get accepted by CPA networks and become an affiliate. See, CPA marketing is kinda like a secret society, coming from someone who spent $2500 just to learn how to get accepted to various CPA networks and market their offers, I know what I’m talking about. Trust me, it is that secret, or was until ZNZ showed up.  Imagine getting paid just to get someone to take a free trial or offer.  Because money can be made quickly most CPA networks want to ensure that they only allow top marketers with experience access to the opportunity so that the integrity of the company will remain intact.  ZNZ has solved this problem and brought this opportunity to you.

So How Do YOU Actually Make ZNZ Work?

That’s a great question.  There are tons of great income opportunities available on the internet and none of them will bring you any income just because you signup and get involved.  We’ve solved that problem at ZNZMarketingGroup.com.  We provide all of our new ZNZ referral agents with FREE ZNZ TRAINING and a FREE ZNZ MARKETING SYSTEM.  We will walk you through how to set everything up in just a few steps and then immediately get you on your way to earning income by teaching you a few simple marketing strategies and techniques that will get you results.  We answer all of the questions most individuals have about marketing and making money like “where do I find people to talk to” & “what kind of ads should I put out and where should I put them” & “do I have to talk to anybody?”
A Final Wrap Up On ZNZ

ZNZ finally provides you with a true NO RISK opportunity to generate income from home.  ZNZ represents over 140 different companies and helps these companies expand their customer base by exposing people to their offers and services through their platform.  This allows ZNZ to provide a legitimate income generation model and stand as the #1 Leader for instant income for those that are in need. You have the opportunity to start today and get paid today; definitely within your first 24hrs, we’ve discovered that some individual’s need is that urgent.  They provide daily income, that’s right, you can get paid daily by direct deposit or check receiving $20-$178 per individual you bring through the ZNZ platform via our simple marketing methods.  I give ZNZ my high recommendation for individuals to have a fair chance at generating income from home.

How to find your ideal homebased business

If you work a typical 9 to 5 job, you may find yourself getting sluggish through the week. Waiting for the weekend to come seems to take forever, and you can’t stand being at work one second longer each day than you absolutely have to. This gets old very quickly and you are wondering where it will all end. You slide into your desk right at 9 am and slide out the moment the clock strikes 5. You find yourself taking the long way around the office to the copier so that you will waste more time, or begin to take frequent bathroom breaks just to be out of your seat. It may be time to consider turning in your two weeks notice and branching out into your own home based business. Now you must decide what type of business that you will work on to maintain your bills. You will find that there are many options.

Starting a business can be difficult, so you will need to think about the type of business that you would like to engage in and would enjoy working on daily. Many times people start a business that they believe that they will enjoy only to find that within a year, they are burnt out on that type of business and want to focus on other aspects. It will take a considerable amount of time and money to start your business, so you must consider a variety of home based business ideas that interest you. One of the most important decisions is to decide whether you want to work on something that you enjoy or something that you are skilled at.

Having a business that consists of something that you are skilled at can keep you busy with work, especially if it is something that you can perform quickly and accurately. If typing is something that you do well, and your grammar is exceptional, you may want to consider jobs that have you type or do medical transcriptions. These may not be exciting types of businesses but you will find that you will have a large supply of work at all times. You may find that having a company that revolves around your natural talents and abilities can keep you enticed with your job for years to come. If you are artistic, you may want to consider selling your artwork or designing signage for other companies. You may be skilled in carpentry and sell hand-made furniture or restore antiques. The possibilities are endless when you consider what you are interested in and how to turn those passions into money making ideas. If you are interested in animals or children, you may want to consider starting a business that allows you to work directly with them.

Starting a business that you can passionately enjoy can help you to stay interested for the rest of your life. Venturing into new areas of your passions can often turn out well for you and give you a little bit of freedom from the mundane life that you have been living in the 9 to 5 world. Good luck getting started in your new career.

The Cab Ride I’ll Never Forget

The Cab Ride I'll Never Forget by Kent Nerburn

Editor’s Note: I have got an extraordinary gift for you today – in the form of a story written by the awe-inspiring Kent Nerburn. Enjoy and share it with others if the story touched your heart like it did mine.
By Kent Nerburn
We may not all live holy lives, but we live in a
world alive with holy moments
.”
~ Kent Nerburn
Twenty years ago, I drove a cab for a living.
It was a cowboy’s life, a life for someone who wanted no boss.
What I didn’t realize was that it was also a ministry.
Because I drove the night shift, my cab became a moving confessional. Passengers climbed in, sat behind me in total anonymity, and told me about their lives. I encountered people whose lives amazed me, ennobled me, and made me laugh and weep.
But none touched me more than a woman I picked up late one August night. I was responding to a call from a small brick fourplex in a quiet part of town. I assumed I was being sent to pick up some partyers, or someone who had just had a fight with a lover, or a worker heading to an early shift at some factory for the industrial part of town.

When I arrived at 2:30 a.m., the building was dark except for a single light in a ground floor window.
Under these circumstances, many drivers would just honk once or twice, wait a minute, then drive away.
But I had seen too many impoverished people who depended on taxis as their only means of transportation.
Unless a situation smelled of danger, I always went to the door. This passenger might be someone who needs my assistance, I reasoned to myself.
So I walked to the door and knocked. “Just a minute”, answered a frail, elderly voice. I could hear something being dragged across the floor.
After a long pause, the door opened. A small woman in her 80?s stood before me. She was wearing a print dress and a pillbox hat with a veil pinned on it, like somebody out of a 1940s movie. By her side was a small nylon suitcase. The apartment looked as if no one had lived in it for years. All the furniture was covered with sheets. There were no clocks on the walls, no knick-knacks or utensils on the counters. In the corner was a cardboard box filled with photos and glassware.
“Would you carry my bag out to the car?” she said. I took the suitcase to the cab, then returned to assist the woman. She took my arm and we walked slowly toward the curb. She kept thanking me for my kindness.
“It’s nothing”, I told her. “I just try to treat my passengers the way I would want my mother treated.”
“Oh, you’re such a good boy”, she said. When we got in the cab, she gave me an address, then asked,
“Could you drive through downtown?”
“It’s not the shortest way,” I answered quickly.
“Oh, I don’t mind,” she said. “I’m in no hurry. I’m on my way to a hospice.”
I looked in the rear view mirror. Her eyes were glistening.
“I don’t have any family left,” she continued. “The doctor says I don’t have very long.”
I quietly reached over and shut off the meter. “What route would you like me to take?” I asked.
For the next two hours, we drove through the city. She showed me the building where she had once worked as an elevator operator. We drove through the neighborhood where she and her husband had lived when they were newlyweds. She had me pull up in front of a furniture warehouse that had once been a ballroom where she had gone dancing as a girl. Sometimes she’d ask me to slow in front of a particular building or corner and would sit staring into the darkness, saying nothing.
As the first hint of sun was creasing the horizon, she suddenly said, “I’m tired. Let’s go now.”
We drove in silence to the address she had given me. It was a low building, like a small convalescent home, with a driveway that passed under a portico. Two orderlies came out to the cab as soon as we pulled up. They were solicitous and intent, watching her every move. They must have been expecting her. I opened the trunk and took the small suitcase to the door. The woman was already seated in a wheelchair.
“How much do I owe you?” she asked, reaching into her purse.
“Nothing,” I said.
“You have to make a living,” she answered.
“There are other passengers”.
Almost without thinking, I bent and gave her a hug. She held onto me tightly.
“You gave an old woman a little moment of joy,” she said. “Thank you.”
I squeezed her hand, then walked into the dim morning light. Behind me, a door shut. It was the sound of the closing of a life.
I didn’t pick up any more passengers that shift. I drove aimlessly, lost in thought. For the rest of that day, I could hardly talk. What if that woman had gotten an angry driver, or one who was impatient to end his shift? What if I had refused to take the run, or had honked once, then driven away?
On a quick review, I don’t think that I have done anything more important in my life.
We’re conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments. But great moments often catch us unaware – beautifully wrapped in what others may consider a small one.

What is your resume costing you

What Does Your Resume Cost?

So you were thinking you might write your own resume?

That’s okay, if the following applies to you:

* You are an excellent writer.
* You are adept in grammar and spelling rules.
* You have a solid understanding of the telegraphic writing style (which eliminates the use of personal pronouns, such as "I" and "me" and articles such as "the" and "a").
* You are an expert MS Word user.
* You keep up to date on industry trends.
* You are knowledgeable of resume layout and design.
* You know what information is relevant on a resume.
* You know what information is NOT relevant on a resume.
* You can devote several days to the resume writing process (research, preparation, writing, and editing).

Many people find they do not have the time or resources to write a professional resume that will get them results. You might also realize along the way (like many do) that hiring a professional resume writer will actually SAVE you money!

How you ask?

Imagine you have recently become unemployed and your previous salary was $34,000 annually and you are looking to remain at the same salary. Every week of unemployment equates to losing $653.85 in potential wages.

The average out-of-work American is unemployed for 18 weeks. So using the assumed $34,000 annual salary, you could lose $11,769.30 in potential wages.

On the other hand, people that have utilized my professional resume writing services have reported getting hired on average within 5 weeks.

That’s a savings of over $8,500!!

Here’s an analogy for you.

I can change the tires or the oil on my car. However, I would need to devote a lot of time and effort into learning how to replace my transmission. A mechanic on the other hand could have it done in a day or two because they have the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to get it done properly.

Since I am not a mechanic, not only will it take me well over a week, but I may not even do it correctly (and consequently cost myself even more time and money).

So the next time you think it's too expensive to have a resume professionally written, you need to ask yourself, "What does your resume cost.”

Being a virtual assistant

Starting a virtual assistant business is just one of many ways to be a Work at home mom. If you have experience in an administrative field, or can offer virtual services to business clients, then you are a prime candidate for having a successful virtual assistant business.

Getting started as a virtual assistant requires a few simple steps. There is no formal credential process to become a virtual assistant, but there are several companies who offer training and their own credentialing. This is not absolutely necessary to be a successful virtual assistant, but it can be helpful in obtaining jobs as a newcomer. Before you sign up for any program or course, do your due diligence and investigate the company. Get recommendations from other successful virtual assistants and consider finding a mentor who can help you get started.

Legally, you’ll need a business license in order to become an independent contractor. By obtaining a business license you’ll be able to open up a business bank account and keep your business and personal finances separately. Being legal also means you can declare many of your business expenses as tax write offs.

Once you’ve set up your home office, you’ll need to establish your virtual office. On the Internet, you’ll use a website to advertise yourself as a virtual assistant. Having a website is essential to establishing your presence. If web design is not in your skill set, find someone who can make a website for you. Try to contact other virtual assistants and see if you can barter for the design if it’s something that you cannot afford to begin with.

On your website you should, at minimum, list your services and who you are. You can also include an hourly rate, although many virtual assistants like to charge by the project instead of by the hour. As far as services go, don’t offer services that you don’t like to do. If you can make spreadsheets but don’t like to do it, then don’t offer that service. If you have background in a specific field, for example law, then list this as a specialty. You can also specialize in the type of work that you offer. Many virtual assistants limit their business to writing and editing, web design, data management or planning, but some offer a mixture of all types of services. Remember, this is your business and you can choose what tasks that you want to perform.

The best way to get virtual assistant jobs to begin with is to start networking. Your best leads will come through people that you already know, whether they are online or in your hometown. Let people know what you are offering and promote your website address so people can see who you are and what you are doing. Make sure to include up to date contact information on your web page, including a phone number.

When you get your first client, its important to have a contract set in place before you start working on a project. You can get many sample contracts online that you can adapt for your needs. Make sure you and the client are both on the same page about the type of work that you will be doing. That way there are no surprises when you deliver the project and your bill.

After you have a few projects under your belt, you’ll begin to build a reputation. Then your virtual assistant business will grow naturally to include repeat clients and new projects. When you consistently do good work, your reputation will precede you and you may have more projects that you know what to do with in a short period of time. Make sure not to overbook yourself, and collect a network of other virtual assistants who are willing to take overflows for you if the need arises.

Getting your virtual assistant business off on the right foot is simple when you follow the basic steps mentioned above.

Child care for Wahm's

Many potential Wahms think that starting an at home daycare business will be an easy way to make extra money and stay at home with their children. Owning a childcare business can be rewarding and does have many perks. However, the realities of this type of business are far from the ideal expectations of most people considering childcare.

If you have experience in child care or a degree related to the child care field, then opening your own daycare as a Wahm is a natural extension of your our of the home job. However, there are a few important distinctions between working for someone else taking care of children and running your own in-home facility.

The first is money. At home childcare businesses can be profitable, but it normally takes six to eighteen months for Wahms to see any substantial income coming in. This may not be a problem for you, and if you are committed to building the quality and size of your business, the start of your profitability can be on the low end of that scale.

It takes several months to a year to turn a daycare into a profitable daycare for many reasons. First of all, each state has its own licensed childcare requirements. Getting licensed to have a home daycare means attending classes, passing certification and having your home inspected. While you are going through this process, you can look into doing some unlicensed childcare for a few children to start building your business. Each state has its own rules for unlicensed childcare. You should take the steps, however, to get licensed because it will increase your clout in the eyes of parents and make it easier to get funding for your daycare.

It can also take a while to become a profitable daycare because of the start up costs involved. While you do have some baby and child items from your own children, there are many things that you’ll need to buy in order to make your home functional as a daycare. You’ll want to buy tables and chairs, art supplies, music CDs, games and other activities that the children can use while they are in your home.

Finally, it takes time to build up a list of children who attend your daycare. There are many home daycare centers to choose from in every town, and once parents find a good center they normally stay there long term. Finding new clients can be difficult, especially if you don’t take care of infants or babies. Getting clients can be easier when you are licensed, but to begin with you need to rely on networking with parenting groups, people at your church, people in your community and friends in order to build your business.

Despite the long start up time, many Wahms find that owning their own in home childcare center is a great solution to their work at home problem. There are many benefits to taking care of other people’s children. Your children will never be without playmates to entertain them. You’ll have access to many fun and exciting programs made especially for daycare business owners, including discounts on supplies. You may even be eligible for federal subsidies for food and diapers for your cares.

To find out if owning a home daycare is right for you, read up on the subject. Visit other home daycares and ask how those Wahms are enjoying their business. Find out what your state and local regulations are regarding licensed and unlicensed daycare. Once you’ve done your homework, you’ll know if owning a childcare is right for you.
